Pre-requisite: 15 years old. Swim NS does not accept Credit Cards. We do accept e-transfer payment to swimming@sportnovascotia.ca or payment via cheque or money order. Please mail payment to office; do not take to course. Please plan to bring the following for the course: Swim suit, t-shirt/shorts, towels, goggles, deck shoes/flip flops, pen, pencil, lunch, snacks & beverages. There is only 1/2 hour break scheduled for lunch. Come prepared to get in the water and have FUN. All meals, transportation and any accommodation are your responsibility.
